Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Founders & Coffee(“we”, “us”), a cofounder-matching community based in Barcelona. By applying or participating, you agree to them.

What we do — and don’t do

Founders & Coffee facilitates introductionsbetween people looking for cofounders, online and at events. That’s it. We do not vet, verify, background-check, endorse, employ, or guarantee any member, and we do not guarantee any match, outcome, or the accuracy of anything a member tells you.

You interact, evaluate, and transact with other members entirely at your own risk. Do your own due diligence before working with anyone, sharing confidential information, or entering any agreement.

Eligibility & conduct

• Provide accurate information about yourself.
• Follow our Code of Conduct — no harassment, doxxing, spam, or misrepresentation.
• Respect the confidentiality of what others share with you.
• Don’t use Founders & Coffee to sell services or recruit uninvited.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant us permission to use it to operate the service (including showing your profile to a member you’ve consented to be introduced to).

No warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founders & Coffee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, your interactions with other members, or any cofounder relationship or deal formed through it.

Suspension & changes

We may suspend or remove any member who breaches these terms or harms the community, at our discretion. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
